With more than 20 years’ experience spanning entertainment, eCommerce, wellness and the arts, Kate has built a career connecting audiences with stories, experiences and brands that matter. She spent more than a decade with Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and NBCUniversal, including an international marketing secondment in Los Angeles, where she worked across premium television, film, documentary and special interest content.

Her expertise spans brand strategy, audience growth, digital marketing, partnerships, CRM, content and integrated campaign leadership. Throughout her career, she has led marketing initiatives for major entertainment properties, high-growth consumer businesses and cultural organisations, combining strategic thinking with commercial rigour and practical execution.
